When it comes to architecture, we all have our favorite places. For some it may be a rustic cabin with Craftsman details; maybe a lovely Georgian with many Palladian windows and a grand entry, or maybe it’s a traditional Williamsburg home with a slate roof and copper downspouts. There are many types of homes in many different communities; some are properly scaled and contribute to that “just right” feel and look as you drive past. 

My passion is to market and assist in the creation of new communities that in function and form, based on their topography, environmental stewardship and architectural aesthetics, underpin unique places where homeowners want to be, live and call home. We create small tracks of land that, from every entry monument, sign and logo design, lighting, amenity architecture and landscaped common area, are carefully themed and planned to reflect an area’s history and a property's unique assets to create a genuine identity and destination. Above all, they are places people just like you want to live and call home. Many of our communities have Architectural Control Committees whose charge is to carefully review all home plans to ensure they meet the architectural vision and standards established while planning the community.
